GreatCall - Terrible customer service, lost order, confused account
I placed two orders (alarm, Jitterbug) for my 90 yo mother. Jitterbug confused the two orders, refused to discuss the multiple problems with me, her authorized representative, when I attempted clarification and has failed to deliver the cellphone and declined to check the order status.
God help the people who have to depend on this company. They took money without delivering the device and would not honor a request for a refund. To fill out the 100 word requirement, another bizarre example is accepting her credit card for the phone and declining it for the activation of the alarm as they were not able to update the cc expiration date. In no way does that make sense.
I spoke to these people and still don't understand this particular detail.
Customer service reps twice refused to let me speak to a supervisor.
Reason of review: multiple above choices.
Monetary Loss: $145.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
